In all Swedish massage, the therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various strokes that warm up and work the muscle tissue, releasing tension and breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and creates many other health benefits.

Treatment Choice

Full Body Massage (50 Minutes) 25

Lay back and relax while you have your full body rubbed, soothed and released of daily physical and emotional tensions, knots, aches and pains.


Back and Leg Massage (35 Minutes) 18
Do you have to stand or walk all day, or do you do lots of sports that put pressure on your legs? This is the perfect massage for all of those and also if you suffer from poor circulation and have cold feet or tired legs.

Back Massage (30 Minutes) 17
A perfect massage for those on the go, this back massage will cover everything you need to help you carry on with your hectic life. Loosen those shoulders, ease any aching lower back pain and take 30mins time out just for you!

Back Neck and Scalp (35 Minutes) 18
